WINTER RENTAL

Beautiful villa on one floor with 2 bedrooms located in the urbanization of Pinomar. It is 2.5km from the beach in a very quiet area surrounded by pine trees and close to a park. There are also bars and restaurants nearby.

The villa consists of 2 bedrooms but can sleep 8 people in total. There is 1 double bed with 1 extra bed in the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, 2 single beds plus an extra bed in the second bedroom and an annex bathroom. In the independent living room space with fireplace there is a very large sofa that makes bed also for 2 people  or there are beds for 8 people in total. Inside the house there is a very spacious dining room also with direct connection to a very large fully equipped kitchen and access also to the covered outdoor terrace. All tables and chairs are designed for 8 people. The house has central heating and air conditioning. Internet by wifi.  Outside we have a fully fenced plot with automatic door, a garden with terraces and a private pool. The villa has sun all day and has shaded terraces. It is very nice and great to spend a quiet and happy holiday.
